What’s your favorite nickname for Hillary Clinton? Here’s her favorite nickname for you, if you happen to believe that the 2nd Amendment really means what it says: Terrorist.

If you hold to the bourgeois point of view that “shall not be infringed” means shall not be infringed, then Hillary Clinton says that you are part of a tiny minority that is terrorizing the rest of the country. She made these remarks at a “town hall meeting” on CNN:

“We cannot let a minority of people — and that’s what it is, it is a minority of people — hold a viewpoint that terrorizes the majority of people,”

“We’re going to have to do a better job protecting the vast majority of our citizens, including our children, from that very, very, very small group that is unfortunately prone to violence and now with automatic weapons can wreak so much more violence than they ever could have before,”

Mrs. Clinton, by the way, is claiming that she’s not running for president; even though this “town hall meeting” appears to be a replay of her “listening tour” from 8 years ago. (I doubt that she’d use the term “listening tour” again. The last time she did that, she got her ass kicked by some Haole with a teleprompter.)

Technically, she’s correct that we’re a minority. 100,000,000 is indeed less than 300,000,000. However, I don’t think that too many people would call 1/3 of the population a “very, very, very small group.”

It should be noted that the opinion Mrs. Clinton calls “terrorism” is older than our country. Long before there was a United States, Americans believed that they have a God given right to keep and bear arms. The 2nd Amendment to the Constitution does not grant us this right; it recognizes that this is a right that predates the Constitution.

Mrs. Clinton’s views on the subject, as odd as they may seem to most Americans, are hardly new. An earlier Clinton held very similar opinions on the matter of private arms.
