NBC is shocked (Shocked!) to find that firearms are a big gift item this year. They describe the latest record holiday sales spike as “The convergence of fears over terrorism, a perceived threat of gun laws being changed”. I’m not sure why they’re shocked; they’ve done their part to stir the pot and get people afraid of new gun laws. It doesn’t help when law abiding gun owners see them repeating the gun grabbers’ lies about “mass shootings”. (We’ve covered that before.)
And while we’re on the subject, I’d like to suggest a stocking stuffer to go along with those new guns under the tree: An NRA Membership.
